Follow-up Actions for Recorder Issues

 

 

A firmware upgrade is required to address the issue.
Please follow the steps below:

 

 

1. Issue

A message such as "... Reset/... Log Clear OK" appears on DVR/NVR devices.

 

2. Action Required

Download the security-enhanced firmware for each product:

  Method 1) Search for the model name in the top-right search bar → Download
 ✔ Method 2) Go to Product Info → Network → Select the product → Download
