1. Overview
Some devices have displayed dialogue boxes such as "...Reset/...Log Clear OK." The affected products include DVRs and NVRs.
2. Response Plan
We are thoroughly investigating the root cause of this issue. Alongside this, we are preparing an improved version to prevent recurrence and will provide it as soon as possible.
Additionally, considering the potential involvement of external networks, we are closely collaborating with KISA (Korea Internet & Security Agency) to address the situation.
3. Requests to Customers
Although the root cause is not yet confirmed, there is a possibility the issue originated from external networks. Until the cause is identified and resolved, please disconnect the LAN cable to isolate the device from external networks.
